Are you one of those that absolutely do not like dieting, but really want to diet to get swimsuit ready for summer? Well, that person is definately me. I wanna lose the weight, but at the same time I do not want to sacrifice flavor for weight. But did you know taking soda/pop out of your daily life helps you lose weight?!? Great idea right, lose weight and save money at the same time.
So here's what you will need:
Fruit or Fruits
A pitcher or a jar
Ice
Water
First, you take your favorite fruit(s) and cut them into slices not to thin though. Next you will want to put them in the bottom of your pitcher or jar, and add ice on top of them. Now for the final touch add some fresh cold water to it, and refrigerate it for a couple of hours.
I suggest making at least a pitcher, or a few jars to save and drink through out the day. This refreshing drink will free you from soda/pop. One other good suggestion is if you happen to have water bottles around the house you can slice your fruit up and make those into some delicious water too. Just in case you decide to start walking, because with that soda/pop out of your life you will be feeling a little more energized.
